ZTE announced the first Jelly Bean smartphone

ZTE announced the first smartphone that runs on Android Jelly Bean, the ZTE N00OE.

The device is to launch exclusively in China, it will come with 4 inch 480×800 touchscreen, 1GHz Qualcomm processor and it will run on Google’s latest Android OS.

The smartphone also features 3.2MP rear-facing camera, WiFi and Bluetooth connection, 4GB internal storage, which is expandable to 32GB and a 1650mAh battery.

Google and ZTE have an excellent relationship and this combined with ZTE’s R&D capabilities and their experiences of customizing handsets for worldwide partners means that ZTE is able to bring technologies to the market very quickly, the company is stating.

Their intentions is to provide the best customer experience for the best price and the ZTE N88OE is a great example.

No word on whether the device is coming to UK market, but it is told that they are bringing the Jelly Bean to UK very soon.

The company is claiming that Jelly Bean will be released in the UK, but it is not clear yet on which devices.
