Wakefield Beer Festival with QR Codes to help visitors find the fest

POSTED BY on Oct 30 under QR Codes

Ale fans with smartphones can use their devices to scan the QR Code on the fest’s posters and can explore the website which will tell them about the new venue at The Space.

The Real Ale fans are familiar with the tech and the campaign has a positive feedback already.

The fest’s website has a map and directions, so visitors can easily find the Space.

HB Clark’s on Westgate has brewed a beer called Spaced Out to celebrate the project.

The 3.5% beer was brewed by Albert Bradbury.

It is just one of the 120 beers which will be available during the 3 day festival, that ends on November 8th.

Tickets will be available from Tourist Information and real ale venues.

The price is £4 and the Friday night session will cost £5.
