LZRTAG is placing virtual images on walls

POSTED BY on Jul 12 under QR Codes

LZRTAG, a free Android application, allows users to create QR Codes related to uploaded pictures, mostly .gif images.
The codes can be printed and placed on walls or other surfaces.
Once scanned with an Android application, the code is displaying the image in an augmented reality on the smartphone.
The promotional video shows the application used as digital tags on telephone poles, walls and graffiti areas, but the codes can also be used in printed media, such as newspapers, books, etc.
The LZRTAG could become a concept for photographers – instead of physical prints on walls, they can display their work in AR using the application.
