POSTED BY on Nov 29 under QR Codes

Komercni Bank in the Czech Republic has launched QR Codes that will allow their users to make mobile payments, and will also be the first in Eastern Europe.

The service will be the first that is fully compatible with Windows 8 devices.

The QR Codes will allow users to scan the image to confirm and complete the payment within seconds.

Komercni Bank is the first in the Czech Republic that uses QR Codes to support this type of services.

The country’s Banking Association has standardized the form of the codes so they can be used securely by the customers.

There are several shops that are already using QR Codes to make it possible for mobile users to make payments.

Users can sign up to use the QR Code services on the bank’s website.
