To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the London Design Fest, top designers were asked to create 4 chocolate sculptures inspired by the city of London.
The sculptures were created by Lee Broom and William Curley, Tom Dixon and Rococo, Faye Toogood and Cocomaya and Paul Cocksedge and Hotel Chocolat.
Lee Broom has teamed up with William Curley chocolatier to create Tile lamp which is a solid chocolate copy that has a working bulb and a lampshade.
Tom Dixon and Rococo Chocolate created the Brixton tower blocks and the financial district towers in London.
Faye Toogood in collaboration with Cocomaya and Alex Mariz have created an interpretation of the London Stone, that is recognized as the heart of London. The sculpture is named “Force of Nature”.
Paul Cocksedge and Hotel Chocolat created “Gift”, a thousand pieces sculpture showing a pattern and reveals a QR Code linked to the Hotel Chocolat website where users can be awarded with a voucher that can be exchanged for chocolates.
The sculptures will be displayed at the Be Open Space in West London from September 23th.
